Perhaps I will occasionally post my workouts and workout methodology. Currently, I am training in a 4-day split: Chest/tris/delts, back/bis/forearms, legs, and traps/neck. At the moment, I have adopted the phase four implementation of Dr. Jim Stoppani’s 12 week program. This portion of the program allows me to work out each muscle group through the whole weight range, from heavy to light, in one workout. Unfortunately, one of my biggest issues is that I do not take a disciplined approach to training. Without a pen, paper, or plan, I walk into the gym only knowing which muscles I need to work out.
On Monday, February 06, I conducted the following training:
Standing One-arm Lat Pull-down – 45 x 6, 50 x 5, 55 x 3
Sitting One-arm Lat Pull-down – 35 x 10, 40 x 8, 45 x 7
Bent Over Barbell Row – 95 x 15, 115 x 13, 115 x 12
One-arm Preacher Curl – 30 x 7, 35 x 6, 40 x 5
Pulley Reverse Curl – 60 x 15, 65 x 15, 70 x 13, 75 x 10
